Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part Demvel Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Demvel, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

Packages

Demvel offers various services including roofing, siding, window, and door installation and repairs tailored to meet the needs of your home. The specifics of these services and any packages offered are subject to change at Demvel’s discretion at any time; all such changes will be promptly updated on bostonroofingandsiding.com.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Demvel accepts cash, debit and, Credit Card. Any Card Declined will lead Demvel to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Demvel will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers are advised to ensure that the area around their property is clear and accessible to our technicians prior to any service. Demvel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the property being serviced or any items within the vicinity of the service area. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the service location is safe and lawful; any concerns should be immediately communicated to the service technician. All services are performed at the customer’s own risk, and any damage claims as a result of our services will be limited to the cost of the service rendered. We reserve the right to request debit or credit card details to secure a booking. Debit/credit card transactions will be processed securely. Demvel reserves the right to adjust or reschedule a booking in accordance with staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failures.

Satisfaction Policy

If it is determined that the service technician did not fulfill the service as agreed upon, or if the work is deemed to have been executed poorly, Demvel will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost to the customer. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (+1 561 714 1566), email (contact@demvelstyle.com), or text message (+1 561 714 1566). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed to (contact@demvelstyle.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Appointment Time

Our technicians aim to arrive within the scheduled time frame, but due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. We request that customers provide a 30-90 minute window for the technician’s arrival. Demvel will make every effort to notify customers of any delays as soon as possible.
